When a client comes to us, the first thing we do is listen. We let them tell their story - what problem are they trying to solve? what's the impact? how did they get started? and how long have they been in it?

Next, we learn more. Combining with knowledge we already have, we go out and gather more information about the specifics of the industry or technology being addressed. Who's doing this, anyone else or is this unique? What are the obstacles? Any feedback? What is the market asking for? And, does this fill that gap?

Then, we advise. We discuss with the client the benefits and the challenges, possibilities and pitfalls. How long will this take? What kind of investment is required? What are we up against? What is the strategy?

Lastly, we act. When the client understands and is ready to explore the next step in their international expansion plans, we are ready.

Not one project follows the path of another. Each effort is individualized to the product's and project's needs. What industry? What is the goal? What is the timeline? What is the budget? All points are taken into consideration and executed with care, deliberation, commitment, dedication, and perseverance.
